• Valle Vista is a Private Gated Rental Community.  Included in the Lease Payment is: Walking Trails, Dog Parks, Safe & Secure Living.

• No we do not

• A credit report will be obtained for each adult tenant, but credit score is not the only factor in application approval.  A low credit score may not disqualify you from becoming a resident at Valle Vista.

• We are a friendly, pet-friendly community with NO BREED Restrictions. We do require all dogs to be registered and DNA tested. DNA testing kits are provided at Lease signing. We are pet-lovers and welcome other pet-lovers and their friendly pets.

• Maximum of 3 vehicles. Do you have additional vehicles? You can utilize our RV & Commercial Parking area.

• Valle Vista offers RV and boat storage for residents at an additional monthly fee, subject to availability. Please contact management for current rates and storage availability. Please note that commercial vehicle parking is not permitted anywhere within the community.

• Leases lengths from 12 months to 36 months. You choose.

• A total of 75 Homes are in the Valle Vista Community.

• Our Community Fee includes private gated entryways, weekly trash removal, two on-site dog parks, a neighborhood watch program, 24/7 camera surveillance at entry and exit gates, an on-site maintenance team, and direct access to over 1,500 acres of walking and hiking trails just steps away! This monthly fee allows us to maintain our Community amenities, enhance safety and security, and provide responsive, high-quality services that create a well-cared-for, enjoyable living environment for all our residents.
